A.G.E. Solutions is devoted to providing services and resources that promote quality of life for older adults—whether at home or in a community setting. The Goal of our Engage Program is to cultivate joy, foster curiosity, and encourage personal expression. We seek to bring purpose and enrichment to our clients by ensuring the fullness of life. We hope that clients will recognize the beauty in the world around them and the beauty within themselves.
Our Engage Sessions, whether conducted in-home or within a senior living community, are designed to purposely engage clients. This personalized approach is especially beneficial for individuals who prefer individual attention, have had difficulty participating in group activities, or simply prefer personalized interaction.
How It Works:
Upon learning about your loved one/ our client, we develop a customized activity plan tailored to their unique interests and needs.
We match your loved one/ our client with a trained Engagement Specialist who possesses the right background and expertise to align with their passions and needs.
Following each activity session, the specialist promptly provides written reports to family members and decision-makers, often including a photo.
Engagement plans are continuously reviewed and adjusted based on client and family feedback, as well as our own observations.
If necessary, our team can incorporate personalized sensory and activity kits to enhance engagement and serve as non-pharmacological tools for managing anxiety and agitation.
Supporting families, care providers, and professionals to create plans for involving clients in enriching activities that enhance their quality of life. This could involve brainstorming ideas, providing personalized training for care team members (family or professional care providers), organizing materials, training professional care providers, and more. Additionally, we provide brief one-on-one sessions to address agitation, alleviate boredom that may lead to behavioral expressions of an unmet need, or offer support during transitional periods.
